Returns Policy

Qaswarah specializes in the sale of new and used authentic watches. We have established a fair yet firm return policy.

We accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

WATCHES MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN GOOD CONDITION with all protective plastics/tape, hangtags, and accessories intact.

Return Authorization (RA#)

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please email info@qaswarah.co.za prior to returning any watch. The RA# must be displayed on the outside of the box to expedite your return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Do not size the bracelet (no links removed).

All products should be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, hangtags, and accessories whenever possible.

Return Credits & Fees

Returns will be credited in full minus a 3% restocking fee and the original shipping and insurance charges.

Restocking fees are waived for exchanges.

Credit will be issued in the same form as the method of payment received.

Return Shipping Requirements

Returns must be shipped via a traceable courier (e.g., RAM Hand-to-Hand Courier Services). All return shipments must be prepaid and fully insured for the amount you expect to be credited.

Collect (COD) shipping will be refused. Customers are liable for loss or damage during transit.

Once a RA# has been issued, the watch must be shipped back so that Qaswarah receives it within 7 days of issuing the RA#.

Important Notice

It is difficult for Qaswarah to exchange a watch simply because the customer no longer likes it. If you see a watch on our website that you have not viewed in person, we strongly recommend visiting a jewellery store to see the model physically before ordering.

Many of the watches we sell are not available locally in South Africa, so please ensure you are absolutely certain before placing your order.

We believe the above conditions are reasonable, fair, and easy to follow. If any conditions cannot be met, please contact us before proceeding—we will always try to assist, but authorization is required.

The Qaswarah Guarantee for New/Unworn Watches

Qaswarah guarantees all new/unworn watches sold through our website to be 100% genuine and in brand new, unworn condition. Watches will be delivered in the original box and include all papers excluding the warranty card/book.

In some cases, we may be able to include the manufacturer’s warranty card/book. When this applies, the product description will clearly state “ALL PAPERS INCLUDED”.

Every watch manufacturer engraves or stamps a unique serial number on each watch. Qaswarah guarantees that every watch we sell will include the original manufacturer serial number—intact and unaltered.

Authorized Dealer Status

QASWARAH is NOT an authorized dealer of any watch brand we sell. We source our watches from authorized dealers, distributors, and other reputable suppliers—never from unreliable or questionable sources.

Manufacturers prefer their watches to be sold at full retail price through official dealers. Qaswarah has agreements with authorized dealers and distributors both in South Africa and internationally, committing to purchase high-quantity orders. Because of this, we receive competitive pricing and can offer savings to our customers.

Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Because Qaswarah is not an authorized dealer, manufacturers will not honor their warranty on watches purchased from us.

Instead, Qaswarah provides its own warranty that mirrors the manufacturer’s warranty in both quality and duration.

Warranty Service Process

If an issue arises with your watch during the Qaswarah warranty period, the watch must be returned to us for service.

After inspection, if the issue is determined to be minor (such as regulation, battery replacement, or similar), we will have the watch serviced by one of our trusted independent watchmakers.

We contract highly qualified watchmakers, many of whom are authorized repair centers for major luxury brands. Handling minor corrections is well within their expertise.
