Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Qaswarah is a business in the jewellery industry that specializes in the buying and selling of high-end watches.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery will be confirmed by email, including the courier tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Qaswarah is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Qaswarah will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a 3% administration fee.
Qaswarah warrants all watches to be brand new, genuine, and free of defects. Each watch description states the warranty period and whether the warranty is covered by Qaswarah or the manufacturer. Some watches include an international warranty card.
Qaswarah generally offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing or material defects, battery replacement, and water resistance under regular use within manufacturer specifications.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, excessive wear and tear, damage from conditions exceeding water resistance specifications, or damage resulting from physical and/or accidental abuse.
Warranty Repairs
All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Qaswarah. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Within the warranty period, Qaswarah will cover all parts and labour or replace the watch at our discretion.
Warranty Returns & Authorization
All warranty returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please call 072 105 5693 before returning any watch. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
The customer must cover shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns to Qaswarah. Returns must be shipped via a traceable courier (e.g., RAM Hand-to-Hand courier services). Return shipments must be prepaid and fully insured. Collect (COD) deliveries will be refused. Customers are liable in case of loss or damages during transit.
General Returns Policy
Qaswarah specializes in the sale of brand new and 100% authentic watches. We cannot sell watches that have been worn or are out of style, therefore our return policy is firm yet fair.
We accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.
WATCHES MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION with all protective plastics/tape, hangtags, and accessories intact. Until you are certain you will be keeping the watch, do not wear it. Even brief wear may result in unavoidable blemishes or scratches.
If the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, Qaswarah will cover the full return cost.
All returns require a valid RA#. Call 072 105 5693 before returning any product. The RA# must be displayed on the outside of the box to expedite your return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Do not size the bracelet (no links removed).
All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape, hangtags, and accessories.
Returns will be credited in full minus a 3% restocking fee and the original shipping and insurance charges.
Restocking fees are waived for exchanges.
Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier and fully insured for the value of the item. Collect (COD) deliveries will not be accepted. Customers are liable for loss or damage during return shipping.
Once an RA# has been issued, the watch must be shipped back so that Qaswarah receives it within 7 days.
Important Notice
It is difficult for Qaswarah to exchange a watch if you simply decide you do not like it. If you have not previously seen the watch in person, we highly recommend visiting a jewellery store to view the model before placing an order.
Many watches we sell are not available in South Africa, so please ensure you are fully certain before purchasing.
If any conditions cannot be met, please contact us beforehand. We will always try to assist, but authorization is required.
Customer Privacy Policy
Qaswarah takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. “Personal information” is defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via EFT only.
Merchant Outlet Country & Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Qaswarah takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Qaswarah chooses its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notices, or other documents or communication.
Variation
Qaswarah may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
